While cycling on today’s roads can be a very enjoyable and rewarding experience actually venturing out onto the roads can seem like a daunting prospect.
As adults, most of us will have learned to ride a bike when we were young and, possibly because of this, we feel a little silly putting our hands up to say “Hey, I’d really like to get out on my bike again but I could do with a few pointers.”
We may also have youngsters of our own that we’d like to ride with but may not feel that we’re able to provide them with the best support possible while out.
Suffolk Roadsafe‘s FREE Cycling Sessions are designed to provide the advice and support you want to help you reach your cycling aspirations, no matter your background, current level of cycling ability or level of confidence in riding on the road.
Sessions are normally run from 10am to 1pm on weekdays, even during the school holidays, and are bespoke to fit your cycling aspirations. Other times and weekends may be possible on request (subject to instructor availability).
All of the instructors who work for Suffolk are cyclists themselves and want to help you enjoy your riding as much as they do.
