About Me

I’m a freelance event support professional, based on the very edge of the beautiful Thetford Forest in Suffolk. Much of my current event work is in the fields of Race Timing and GPS Tracking, working with Race Time Result who are based just across the border in Norfolk.

I’m also a Road Safety and Cycling Instructor for Suffolk County Council, delivering Bikeability courses to Primary School pupils and FREE family cycling sessions to promote active travel in the county.

Event Management Services

Over the last few years, I’ve had a hand in successfully planning, timing, risk assessing and coordinating a diverse range of events of varying descriptions and sizes.

From marshalling 4×4 Off Road Driving days and 10K runs, to managing half marathons and race timing triathlons and even occasionally providing photography services, there are no real limits to the types of events that I’m happy to be involved with.

Cycling

Cycling is my favourite activity when I’m not busy elsewhere and over the last couple of years I’ve been fortunate to find myself in a position to be able to share that love with others.

I currently work for Suffolk County Council as a Cycling Instructor as part of the Suffolk Roadsafe Team and, more recently, independently to help others get into cycling.
